Connected-communities project podcasts

Connected Communities is a research programme designed to help us understand the changing nature of communities in their historical and cultural contexts and the role they play in sustaining and enhancing our quality of life. The podcasts are covering individual papers and workshops to showcase some of the projects’ collaborative approaches and challenges. The podcasts are addressing everyday participation, community assets and public spaces, urban development & change in the age of austerity and urban regeneration. A personal favourite of the Sunrise team is the discussion on conceptualising co-creation methodologies that address urban stigmatisation with Christina Horvath (University of Bath) and Juliet Carpenter (Oxford Brookes University).
